The high level of standardization, with components designed on modular lines, offers a whole series of advantages:
• All available door systems (ISD, OSD, RSD and PSD) can be installed in the same given door opening and use the same standard mounting pattern.
• All door systems make use of the same standard glass panels. This reduces inventories and minimizes the costs of spare-part acquisition.
• Short lead times for new projects as well as for spare parts.
• Effort is made to avoid unnecessary technological embellishments, right from the construction stage. The use of a minimal number of different parts reduces maintenance and purchase costs, with respect to conventional door systems.
All door systems are available in a pneumatic or electric version. Due to the modular design the pneumatic and electric actuator(s) are fully interchangeable within the same basis door mechanism. Any door system has been made suitable for control units from Wabco-MTS, ProNova and Wilee, but can also be directly controlled by multiplex systems like Actia or Kibes.
